Parece casi imposible que otra temporada se aproxime rápidamente y que en cinco cortos meses el evento anual del RISE por la Esperanza nuevamente dará lugar el 11 de Febrero de 2012. - It hardly seems possible that another season is rapidly approaching and that in five short months the annual RISE for Hope event will again take place on February 11, 2012.
Estamos iniciando temprano este año para no interrumpirlos cuando su negocio esté a todo lo que dá, pero también porque tenemos un nuevo y emocionante proyecto afiliado al evento de este año para ustedes, nuestros generosos donadores de la comunidad restaurantera. - We are starting early this year so that we do not interrupt you when your business is at its busiest, but also because we have an exciting new project tied to this year’s event for you, our generous restaurant and food & beverage donors.
Se les pedirá a cada uno de los participantes que proporcionen dos recetas que mejor representen a su establecimiento. Posteriormente seleccionaremos una para publicarla en nuestro Primer Libro Anual de Cocina de los Niños del RISE. - Each of the participants will be asked to submit two recipes that best represent your establishment. We will then choose one and publish it in our First Annual Children of RISE Cookbook.
Gracias a la generosidad de los donantes, los costos de la impresión y producción de este libro de cocina han sido cubiertos. El libro será impreso en formato de revista de alta calidad, a todo color, hermosamente encuadernado con sus recetas, fotografías de sus platillos y chef, así como sus logotipos. Estará intercalado con retratos de los niños del RISE. - Due to the generosity of donors, the printing and production of this cookbook have been underwritten. The book will be printed in high quality magazine format, in full color, beautifully bound with your recipes, photos of your dish and chef as well as your logo. It will be interspersed with portraits of the RISE children.

El diseño del libro ha sido donado por un diseñador gráfico de Washington, DC. - Food photography has been donated by a New York City based photographer. Children’s portraits have been donated by a Puerto Vallarta photographer. Book design has been donated by a Washington, DC based graphic designer.
No hay ningún costo para ustedes y todas los fondos recabados serán a beneficio del RISE y los Jardines Botánicos de Puerto Vallarta. - There is no cost to you and all proceeds will benefit Refugio Infantil Santa Esperanza and the Vallarta Botanical Gardens.
Este libro será ofertado a todos los donadores y miembros de estas dos organizaciones. Los retratos de los niños serán tomados en los Jardines. - The cookbook will be marketed to all donors and members of these two organizations. The children’s portraits will be taken at the Gardens.
Lo que requerimos ahora de ustedes es su confirmación para participar en el evento del 11 de Febrero de 2012 donando muestras para 600 invitados. Además, necesitaremos dos recetas proporcionadas para el 15 de Octubre de 2011. Como siempre, se les brindará una cabina completa con mesas, manteles, electricidad, así como platos, cubiertos y servilletas en el evento. - What we need from you now is a confirmation that you will participate in the February 11th, 2012 event by donating samples for 600 guests. In addition, we will need 2 recipes submitted by October 25, 2011. As always, you will be provided with a booth, complete with tables, table cloths, electricity, as well as plates, silverware and napkins at the event.

Los organizadores del evento proporcionaremos toldos, dos mesas con mantel, electricidad y platos desechables. Likewise, I commit to being punctual at the event on Saturday, February 11th, 2012. A schedule of arrivals for all Featured Restaurants will be provided one week prior to the event. The event organizers will provide an awning, two tables with tablecloths, disposable plates and cutlery and electricity.
